Unlike other EU Directives, LVD 2014/35/EU does not require notified body to carry out the conformity assessment procedure. It does not provide notification of LVD Body, therefore you will not find such authorities announced in the website of NANDO.

Directive 2014/35/EU of electrical equipment designed for use within certain voltage limits
The new Directive 2014/35/EU for the safety of low-voltage electrical equipment is applied from 20 April 2016 and replaces Directive 2006/95/EC.
What does the CTEC service include?
The assessment of conformity with the essential requirements of the LVD is the responsibility of manufacturers, but it does not exclude in this process to be included third independent part. The staff at CTEC maintain competence and accreditation of its laboratory for testing of electrical equipment (LIMSU) with a large scope of characteristics related to the safety of products covered by Directive 2014/35/EU and can be useful in testing activities and voluntary certification of electrical equipment.
